Great selection of seeds. Easy ordering process. Quick shipping. Secure and personalized packaging with helpful growing information and tips included. Excited to see how my vegetable garden does this year with my Seed Guy seeds.

I had an issue placing an order online over the weekend and I received a missed call and a voicemail within a couple of hours that they had corrected the issue. Amazing customer service! I wish I could give 10 stars.

The Seed Guy is hands-down the best and most people-centred customer service I've experienced with an online purchase. I'm in Canada and placed an order during the Covid-19 pandemic and unfortunately never received the seeds. I took an extra-long time to follow up with the company because I had assumed postal delays were the reason, and by the time I finally did, it was too late for them to identify what went wrong in the delivery process. Linda took extra care to keep me informed about reimbursement and went above and beyond to ensure I got my money back. The level of attention to ensure my satisfaction despite not receiving the product was paramount, and I am confident in ordering again. Thank you!

The owner were beyond helpful and accommodating. They went above great customer service to help me get my seeds. The seeds were beautiful packaged and amazingly priced. I can't wait to plant them and enjoy all the yummy food I grow.

Won the herb package on a FB contest and have been more than satisfied. The quality of seed was phenomenal. No broken seeds, no chaff. Just perfect seeds. The seed packs are awesome too. The varieties that I continue to save seed from already have a labeled reusable bag. Also, this is a small family business that helps support small farms. People can feel good about where their money goes when they buy seeds here.
